B07.02 – EVA INJECTION MACHINES
EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) injection machine into a mould. The material expansion takes place during the the mould phase. For this reason the mould cavities are smaller than the final dimensions of the product.
The machine is equipped with two high efficiency injectors, coordinates with high Clamping force system and PLC control system , which, is flexible to use EVA compound for producing expanded insole, slipper and various kinds of EVA foaming products.
1、 Injection System
The measuring mechanism can use potentiometer to check and control the material quantity precisely.
The speedy injector movement is driven by linear-track and worm gear decelerator coordinating with brake motor. The speedy movement is controlled by transducer.
2、Mould Clamping System
Equipped with hydraulic cushion equipment, it allows 2mm thickness difference between 2 moulds on one Mould station. It save mould correcting time.
Adopt efficient vacuum system and fixed mould stroke 320mm.
3、PC Control System
Utilized touch-type screen to display injection volume, injection time, injection temperature, mould temperature, movement time and productivity online, easy
to learn and operate.
Equipped with PLC modular system, every function structure is clear
4、Hydraulic System
Adopted proportional valve to coordinate the computer system, allowing precisely control of the pressure and flow rate.
Precisely control the pressure and flow rate by using proportion valve and computer system.
5、Accessories
Operating position is equipped with pneumatic circulation system.
Equipped with automatic lubrication system.
Equipped with padding system
