KS03.14 – IRONING AND STABILIZING HEAT SETTERS
Multifunction climatic chamber for lasted shoe treatments such as humidification and heating in order to reduce the various tension forces that are generated by the materials, particularly leathers. It irons and stabilizes the shoe adapting perfectly to the last.
This machine adopts Italy’s technology and fitting, utilize damp and hot wind of high-temperature high speed to act on the shoes, make the result of finalizing the design.
1.Unless design special tunnel, it utilizes by high-speed wind convection not strong, not hot, whose name is the fast to finish for shoes/boots finalize the design;
2.Utilize high-temperature moisture, keep the cortex not changing;
3.This machine is specially designed for the production of the boots,18 very satisfied productions of the riding boots;
4.Temperature is counting one’s job and reaching 120℃.
