KS09.02 – SOLES AND HEELS ATTACHING PRESSES

This machine is mainly applied to making all kinds of footwear including leather shoes, sneakers, sports shoes for the sole attaching process with specially made sole silicone mold.

• Using all-hydraulic system design, which has high pressure, precise fit, and high efficiency.
• Front and back foot pressers are of hydraulic automatic balancing mechanism, height position
without adjustment, rear end with a new design,
rapid replacement structure between winter shoes and casual shoes in two seconds.
• Automatic panning foot presser design makes the shoes to take place more easily.
• The pressing time can be adjusted according to different kind of shoes.
• The pressure in different parts can be adjusted from outside.
Side press of 12-cylinder design is more fit for the shoe last, suitable for a variety of shoe-shaped. 8-
cylinder, lO-cylinder,
12-cylinder are arbitrarily selectable, simply by pressing the switch for selection.
• The front and back tightening adjustment cylinders use adjusting screw design, suitable for export
shoes, children’s shoes, baby shoes and other various sizes of footwear. It’s a multi-purpose machine.
