The top bolt is controlled by hydraulic pressure. It is mainly composed of oil cylinder, pressure weight, piston, piston rod, cylinder seat (cover), elevation rod and other parts. The piston rod and the weight are connected with a pin type rigid connection structure, and the water is cooled inside. The weight is single-sided slope, the bottom is V-shaped, V-shaped surface is hard chrome plated.

Rotor: The new four-edge rotor is designed and developed, which has shear and meshing effects at the same time. The mixing time of rubber material is short and the mixing effect is good, reaching the advanced level of domestic mixing machines. The inner cavity of the rotor is cooled by water, and the edge peak and side of the rotor are surfacing with hard wear-resistant alloy.

Rotor end sealing: mechanical sealing device is adopted, which is composed of high-hardness tungsten steel alloy ring and tin bronze 10-1 sealing ring. The fixed ring is semi-ring detachable structure, which is convenient for maintenance. The pressure of the sealing surface is stable and the same, and the contact area of the moving and fixed ring is large, so the sealing effect is more ideal.

The unloading and locking device is mainly composed of the unloading door, swinging oil cylinder and elbow rod. Hard wear-resistant alloy is surfacing on the part of the unloading door in contact with the rubber material.

The closing and opening of the unloading door is driven by the oil cylinder. After closing the door, the oil cylinder is pressurized to lock the unloading door by the elbow rod. A pair of lock block are made of alloy steel, after surface treatment, hard wear.

Working opening Angle of unloading door is 135°. Through the hydraulic mechanical buffer structure to achieve fast and slow switching, gently reach the limit position. The discharging door is cooled by drilling, and a thermocouple is installed to measure the temperature of the rubber material.

The transmission device consists of a motor, elastic coupling, reducer, speed ratio gear and so on.

Reducer for 3 – level reduction, reducer and the main engine, motor coupling equipped with a protective cover.

The main parts of the hydraulic station are Beijing Huade, which is equipped with inlet and outlet valves and pressure monitoring instruments.

Multi-channel centralized lubricating oil pump is used to supply oil to lubricating point intermittently in each cycle.

The system consists of water (water pump)/steam source (boiler), pipes, valves, instruments, rotary joints and the main components of water/steam, water/steam pressure is displayed by the instrument, its flow is regulated by the valve control, water/steam is divided into three ways at the same time into the mixing chamber jacket cavity, the top bolt jacket cavity, Forced cooling (heating) cycle, so that the material in the best temperature range for mixing, to obtain the best mixing quality.

The thermocouple installed on the discharge door to obtain accurate and reliable measurement value.

Touch screen, PLC program control, one time two times three times feeding time input on the touch screen can realize manual and automatic mixing compound, set password lock to prevent workers from misoperation, with overload fault alarm device, safe and reliable, computer memory computer storage, time dividing automatic mixing automatic discharging, with automatic feeding system to achieve closed feeding automatic mixing. Before delivery, hardware acceptance shall be carried out according to the requirements of this attachment.

The seller shall be responsible for the technical guidance and the buyer for the installation of the equipment.

The seller is responsible for connecting water, electricity, gas and other power sources to the designated interface of the equipment. All kinds of connecting cables, distribution boxes and other internal connections and Bridges between each control cabinet (box) and each part of the machine shall be provided by the buyer.

After the installation is complete, both parties check the installation and sign the installation acceptance certificate.

For damage caused by quality problems of parts, the seller will provide on-site service, free repair and replacement of damaged parts. If the parts are damaged due to the buyer’s human causes, the seller has the obligation to make paid repair and replacement of the damaged parts.

The buyer shall immediately notify the Seller of the failure of the instruments and equipment provided by the Seller. The seller shall actively answer the operation failure when receiving the failure notice.
