Description of structure:
| Material pressing device The top bolt is controlled by hydraulic pressure. | Unloading and locking device The unloading and locking device is mainly composed of the unloading door, swinging oil cylinder and elbow rod. Hard wear-resistant alloy is surfacing on the part of the unloading door in contact with the rubber material. The closing and opening of the unloading door is driven by the oil cylinder. After closing the door, the oil cylinder is pressurized to lock the unloading door by the elbow rod. A pair of lock block are made of alloy steel, after surface treatment, hard wear. Working opening Angle of unloading door is 135°. Through the hydraulic mechanical buffer structure to achieve fast and slow switching, gently reach the limit position. The discharging door is cooled by drilling, and a thermocouple is installed to measure the temperature of the rubber material. |
